If you're ready to apply for one of our available rental properties, please take a moment to read the directions and steps carefully before starting your application.

Online Application – Visit the Rentals tab, select the property you're interested in, and click "Apply" directly on the listing. This is the fastest and most convenient way to submit your application.

PDF Application – Prefer to apply by hand? You can download and complete the PDF application listed to the right. Once filled out, follow the instructions provided to submit it via email or in person.

Fill out the Application via PDF
Using the link below, please fill out the rental application in full. The application will ask for basic personal information, rental history, employment and income details, and references. You’ll also be asked to authorize a background and credit check as part of the screening process. Please ensure all information is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

Submitting
Once completed, you can either email it to wallproperties.4@gmail.com or bring it in person to our office.
Please note: A $60 application fee (money order, check, or cash) must be submitted when turning in your application.

Application Process
Once we receive your completed rental application and application fee, our team will begin the review process. This includes verifying your income and employment, checking rental history and references, and running a background and credit check.
We aim to review all applications within 2–3 business days, but timelines may vary depending on how quickly we receive responses from references and employers. You will be notified by email or phone once a decision has been made.
